The hotel is excellent with varied facilities available for the guest. There is a good variety of restaurants and bars and the staff are excellent. This is a hotel in the grand style and some prices match this!

The hotel decor was amazing. The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered to all dietary requirements. The hotel let us check out early and gave us a discount of 50% of that night's room rate which was great.
The air con in the room did not work very well and the air always felt damp. There were no chairs in the massive lobby for people to sit and wait.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities that fulfilled my needs. the Spa Centre had a wide variety of treatments and a relaxing spa lounge, perfect to unwind. the restaurant had excellent food and a diverse menu suitable for special diets. the location was convenient, with a nearby metro station that made getting around easy.
The hotel's Sauna and Massage rooms were not as luxurious as expected, lacking the relaxing atmosphere that the rest of the hotel offered. the Full body massage was still an enjoyable experience.

I lived in 5 different hotels the week I also stayed at Garden. Compared to for example Crown Plaza (5 star) this in much better. I will stay here next time as well.
The internet could be faster. As in all hotels in GZ.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable with good amenities such as a mini-fridge and a TV. The hotel was located in a quiet area and provided a nice escape from the busy city environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out processes quite efficient.
The hotel lacked a variety of food options, which made dining quite unpleasant. The breakfast menu was limited, and there were no restaurants in the surrounding area.
